Our friendly and caring doctors and staff are dedicated to providing your child with the most positive dental experience possible! We realize that going to the dentist can be an intimidating experience, so we strive to keep the environment calm, friendly and inviting and we work with your child at his/her pace.

Our team emphasizes comprehensive quality care and progressive pediatric treatments. We provide the full range of preventive and restorative pediatric services to suit all of your child’s oral health needs.

For those who are more anxious, a wide range of treatment options are available including sedation and general anesthesia (dentistry asleep), both in office and in hospital.

Many parents tell us that their children amicably talk about us long after their appointment is over and look forward to coming back to see us! That’s exactly what we aim for.

We look forward to meeting you and your little ones soon!

The initial visit/consultation in our office has two defined goals:

a) To thoroughly examine your child, discuss the findings and treatment recommendations, and to answer all your questions.

b) To ensure, to the extent possible, that your child has a positive first experience in our office, so he/she can be more relaxed and at ease.

We work with your kids at their level. You will likely find that your child is more comfortable and relaxed with us than you expect!

Parents are always asked to be in the room with their child at the time of the initial examination.

Parents

Parents are always welcome in the treatment room during their children’s visit

Appointments

Parents may call our office to schedule an appointment (905-224-2290 ext 2) or may reach us via email at info@kidsdentistrichmondhill.com

New patients are always welcome, with or without a referral.

A parent or legal guardian must be present during the first visit in order to sign the consent to treatment forms and all medical documents.

We make every effort to book appointments for all children in a timely manner. Priority is given to children in pain or those who are experiencing dental emergencies.

We reserve a time slot specifically for your child. We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hr notice prior to rescheduling or cancelling an appointment so that another child can be accommodated. Failure to provide 48 hour notice will result in a $50.00 charge.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash and money orders. We do not accept personal checks. All payments are to be made at the time of the appointment.

We will gladly submit your insurance claim to your insurance provider electronically, so that you will be reimbursed as efficiently as possible. In most cases, electronic submissions are reimbursed within a couple of days.

At your request, we will send a treatment plan estimate directly to your insurance provider prior to treatment. This service allows you to establish in advance what portion of the treatment plan is covered by your insurance policy. Please remember that YOU are solely responsible for all expenses incurred for your child’s dental care.
